We seek to actualize transformative, ultra-stunning and uber-sustainable homes that are built to be experienced, not just to be lived in. Through evocative, eco-friendly homes we aim to elevate lives and rehabilitate the environment.

Kokoro Haus - The Name?
Kokoro is a Japanese notion that combines the three forms of human senses —the heart, mind and soul— into one powerful, all-encompassing emotion called kokoro. No other country or culture has a similar philosophy.
This holistic concept of a singular, catch-all emotion inspired us, as it truly captured our core purpose of building homes that appeal to your kokoro — or homes that touch your heart, mind and soul. That moment of inspiration led us to choose kokoro as our company name.
Pairing it with HAUS, the German word for house, was equally intuitive, as it best conveyed our German-like zeal for quality, precision, and workmanship.
